Terms & Conditions

Please read these carefully to ensure that you are happy to proceed with booking:


Payment & Cancellation Policy for Registration
- Full settlement of the registration fee is required in order for the registration to be confirmed.
- Cancellations should be made in writing to the WCP 2013 Secretariat.
- For any cancellation submitted till April, 30 2013, full refund will apply except from a procesing fee of 40€ for Participants, 30€ for Accompanying Persons and 20 € for Students. Bank charges to be deducted from the refunded amount.
- For any cancellation submitted from May 1, 2013 till May, 31 2013, 50% refund is applicable. Bank charges to be deducted from the refunded amount.
- After May 31, 2013 no refund will be possible.
- All refunds will be made after the Conference

Payment & Cancellation Policy for Accommodation
Full settlement of the accommodation is required in order for the accomodation to be confirmed.
- For any written cancellation of accommodation received until June 7th 2013 one night deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.
- From June 8th 2013 and until July 04th 2013 50% of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
- After this date no refunds will be possible.
- All refunds will be made after the Conference

All the payments that taking place with the use of credit card, are through the electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank which uses the TLS 1.1 encryption with protocol encryption 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
